They provide RT-PCR report on the same day if you give the sample before 12 noon everyday. Located in a scenic place. Customer friendly and organized. Not much of delay. Cordial staff. They have ample parking space.

Sadly, this hospital seems to put maximising financial gain above all else and this undermines its credibility. They keep patients in for two or three days and only ever seem to have the most expensive room available which they describe as suite. The level of room cleanliness is not great. The general basic nursing care is ok. In my last three experiences with different family members they didn't discover what the problem was. In my most recent experience although they did various random tests and started a course of medication, we discovered that they had primarily relied on test results which were two years old which were done at a different hospital. We had only provided those test results to provide some background we had assumed they would do the relevant test themselves. However, as they already started the medication, the relevant tests could not then be done. All in all, the latest experience was a complete waste of time and money.
Very rude security officers.. After telling the proper redone then also they behave like gundas.. They use to call bad words too.. If you want to see your beloved ones before they close their eyes better you go for any other hospitals.. it's better to train your security officers as local gundas.. 😡😡🤬🤬 Because of these guys we shifted my mom to kalpetta better hospital..
