Best Kidney Stone Hospital in Himmatnagar. I had a 18mm stone in my kidney. I had my punctured surgery at raj surgical hospital. I must say the procedure, The operation, The service, The cleanliness I'm 100% satisfied with all of this. I have a mediclain so, in many hospitals we have to go through from many papers n signatures but here, they will do all the procedure from ourside and we just need to take rest. WORST WORST WORST!! I went here for my father's Kidney Stone operation and they fitted stent and tell us to come after 15 days and when I called him before 2 days he told me to come at 10 o clock on 5 June 2019 and When we reached to hospital doctor was not Available and he came around 12.30 and I showed him report of X ray he told me sit outside we will call you. WHAT THE HELL ? WE ARE ALREADY WAITING FROM 11 O CLOCK and it's now 2 o clock still there is no response from him. They think that OUR TIME IS NOT PRECIOUS Only THEIR TIME IS PRECIOUS. WORST EVER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER. WE DON'T COME HERE FOR WAITING LIKE THIS.We are paying for opening stent.We understand that 1 hour can be late but this is almost 3 hours still There is no response. I PERSONALLY DONT RECOMMEND YOU TO COME HERE FOR YOUR ANY OPERATIONS .GO TO AHMEDABAD AND at ahmedabad all the doctors have time and they understand value of time of patient too.
