Very friendly and helpful staff. I went to hospital in off hours and was hesitating if they will help since my wife was a patient in different hospital. But both at reception and Emergency, staff was very co operative with even caring we were clients of different hospital. I am impressed. I will prefer the treatment next time in this hospital.
People at front desk will take innocent patients phone to post the google reviews. I waited for more than 2 hours for my turn to see doctor even though I had booked the appointment well in advance. I found this hospital little expensive and they are very slow in their processes. No problem with any doctor.
Worst experience which I have ever seen from last 2 days m not well I came yesterday 10/12/2021 at 2pm they said to do the blood test I have gone through with all the procedure which they said to me. To me they were saying u will get ur reports after 2hrs I stay back to hospital and I received my reports after 4hrs. I agree reports get delay and after getting reports when I ask them I want to meet Dr they said that dr has left for the day. Today morning I came again at 11 I meet to dr whom told me to do blood test and when he check my reports he said to meet another dr. I was ready to do that also but same Dr was not available. Then they said to come 1:30pm I said ok they have taken my number and said will call u. I haven't received any call from them. The number which they have mention on the file I call on that number and one girl sitting on the reception has picked up mine call and she said that Dr has arrived u can come for the checkup immediately I went back to hospital for checkup as I was not in that mental stress to handle all this stuffs still I was not saying anything. But shocking thing was when I reached I went to OPD sector the mam which was there in front desk she said that Dr has not arrived to whom u want to meet. And I was literally disappointed I dont want to take that girl name who have picked up mine call but if things happen to there side then m damm sure she will realise this all stuffs that when anyone losses there patience. Only the one guy I dont know his name but he helped me alot in this stuff. Dear team kindly pls change ur staff whom r not aware regarding anything and trust me I am also from hospitality background I have worked in properties like Lemon tree hyatt accor if u can't believe u can search me on Linkedin also in same name. This one is the first platform of my feedback.
