I'm sharing my recent experience with Kamineni Hospitals Vijayawada for a surgery on 13-Oct-21. 1. Bad time management: I was informed the operation time to be at 9:00 AM on 13-Oct-21, but the operation was delayed and happened at 1:00 PM after a lot of waiting. 2. Patient care: Another issue was that I was asked to be in fasting for 12 hours before my surgery and 6 hours after my surgery. So, I ended up fasting for more than 20 hours 3. Staff behavior: While I cannot comment on the surgical procedure, the behavior of the nursing staff was very rude in OT. When I asked for a pillow, they did not even provide one. I noticed a similar behavior with other patients too. Their talks were belittling 4. Discharge process: Hospital informed me that they will discharge me at 9:00 AM as i paid cash, but they discharged me at 2:00 PM instead 5. Cost: Removal of 3 lumps (8 stitches) cost me 40K rupees. I found it very expensive
I admitted here for covid treatment. Felt happy for joining here. Doctors treated me well. All staff were good and kind and cooperative. All the facilities also good. Finally I got discharged today. Thank you so much entire team

Personally I do not recommend this hospital. Even doctors and management help you. The lower team will never help you. They don't have minimum commence to treat patients
