This hospital looks good which is situated in huge place. I satisfied with the way hospital management kept employees to guide patients. Eye test went good here. {[A blood sample taken for test.As I went for the report, they said sample was damaged. So they told to take the sample again but didn't return me the money. As my grandmother from far place how can she visit hospital again and again for that test.finally I am not satisfied about tests at NRI.]} Before this hospital Is with less fees but now with fees and improved everything.
Noo clining secroty is cayst unfeel responsibolity wayst of time vast of money
This may be a spacious, well maintained hospital with some good doctors but it still has some people working purely for money, targets and business. Yesterday we went for a simple check up with an Orthopedist due to neck and joint pains for my 77 year old mother. After X-rays & blood tests, he advised to meet Physician as her BP was high and she missed taking her regular bp tablet. She took the bp tablet immediately and waited for 30 min before they checked bp for d 2nd time. Then we met the physician DVM Rao. He started checking her BP again for d 3rd time even though we informed him tht she didn't take the BP Tablet in the morning but took it just a few min ago. My mom got the BP checked thousands of times but never felt pain. When DVM Rao was checking BP she pleaded him to stop as its beyond tolerance. He commented her saying can't u take this much pain and asked me to keep my fingers to check her pulse while he did the painful BP check all over again. As it was manual check, he could have released the pressure wen she asked him to stop but instead he imitated both our cries with a sarcastic voice. Finally he said that she has to get admitted immediately to monitor BP for the whole day. Wen we denied, he said she will get a heart attack and die before evening. I just couldn't believe my ears. He held onto our prescription sheets from Ortho and said he will not let go until we sign that we are okay with her dying. I came out in tears while my husband who waited outside all this while, went in, signed and came out with our file. Without checking any history, he advised my mother to eat less and exercise a lot. Being 77 years old and 80kg of weight, my mom walks slowly due to joint pains and hardly eats 2 tiny meals per day. Extremely sarcastic with zero empathy, this man deserves to be slapped not respected. This traumatic experience lasted for 20 min and I can write a whole book about what all he said. All I can say is 'Beware of DVM Rao' for he is gonna force you to get admitted no matter what.
Anil Neerukonda Hospital is best hospital in this region which provides good treatment with very low cost to the people and it has best infrastructure and facilities. Staff are very polite.
Good can improve house keeping, other interior, especially HELP desk.
