All covid vaccines are administered unofficially only. Today I and my friend got vaccinated for a booster dose. They just noted our cell phone numbers. They refused to provide any certificate or cash-receipt. There is no record or proof of vaccination. We don't get any SMS either. Everything unofficial they said.
