Fully polluted air of Corruption in every people interacting offices. Recommend to only go with heavy pocket.
My marriage certificate is not ready even after 10 days, nothing uploaded online as well. Very slow and lazy staff. They don’t even know how to respond to queries, very rude. Seems like they just don’t want to work. Photocopy place right at the campus of BMC said they can make my certificate ready in 2 days if i pay him instead. It means he might be paying officers under the table to get my work done faster. Totally corrupt office. Also, more than half of the number listed on website are not working or no one is answering.
Worst experience as usual which we are facing from any other government departments.from last 15 days i had complaint about bad water but as usual other govt department they are also doing nothing.
is death certificate download online / by mail ?
Website is mess and not mobile friendly, some staff is good but some staff is lazy for working. Very bad experience.
