This isn't a hospital this is like a charity like a organization who helped poor and helpless peoples...Not too much charges but higher service and hospitality, very cooperative, honest, friendly and helpful staff..
This review is not about the hospital, but about specifically Dr. Anna Alexander !!! I came to her with a problem with my face after the dentist damaged my facial nerve. She gave me a referral for 4 MRI tests in Kullu, and when I arrived there they told me that they do not do such tests. I spent all day to travel to Kulla. And when I came back and told her that such analysis is not done in Kullu. She said to do two other tests at the same clinic in Kullu. And then she yelled at me in front of other doctors, although I stood in front of her crying and asking for help. Today I went to Kulla again and what do you think? Those tests that she prescribed again in the clinic are not done either! I spent three days and a lot of energy !!! Three days for a patient who needs urgent medical help is a very expensive price !! Remember, a foreign doctor is not a guarantee of quality and compassion! Forgive me for giving a grade of 1, it just hurts and hurts me very much now ...
