I was operated by the excellent hands of Dr. Vijayrajsinh Gohil and his team. The entire process from the initial consultation to getting admitted, operated and discharged was extremely smooth. The staff (everyone from doctors to housekeeping) was successful in establishing great mutual respect between the patient and the hospital and even among each other. Help showed up instantaneously when called and was prompt to provide service in whatever way necessary. Although surgery can be a daunting and stressful procedure for a patient the hospital never lets your moral down and helps keep your spirits up for the best possible outcome. Thank you BIMS
