Need to Revise Ownership in staff. as number of staff is more then sufficient but all responsibility is still patient relative. Even it's IPD. All reports after tests will be collect by relative and submit to ward incharge . No one from lab or ward Collect reports from lab ☺️

Totally wrost hospital in fatehabad.. daily 3-4 dead bodies going from dere.. If you want to kill someone then take him to there ... When you will ask for the patient condition. No-one knows what is happening there..what is the condition of patient. Totly unprofessional staff, unresponsible doctors.
