It's a State Govt organization, hence staff are mostly rude and egoist in nature. Need improvement and training in public dealing. They must address public equally but at times should not overlook when other dept people visit them. Afterall everyone has his own dignity. Even a farmer has it.
Trivandrum taluk is situated very near to Padmanabha Swamy temple and Transport Bhavan.
