My experience in Apollo hospital : The hospital staff and management is good. They are taking good care of patients under the guidance of doctors. I did not expect the cleaning department was pretty good. The staff is working 24/7. I had surgery When I was in ICU 3 people were taking care of me very well Manoj, bincy and the cleaning dept sister like a family. I always thank them they are with me in my toughest time. The staff at the General warden are very friendly. Some people became friends. I spent 7 days in the hospital. My experience was good.
My uncle was dead due to heart stroke on 1/12/2021, even after admitted around 7:00pm in hospital, they didn't even start the treatment and wasted valuable 3:30 hours time, finally said (10:30pm) patient condition was critical, shift to other hospital, after ten (10:40pm) minutes he was dead, its all because of worst cardiologist, junior doctors are served for heart strokes, Try not to visit this hospital. Please it's my humble request...🙏🙏 Poor maintenance & worst cardiologist...
Doctors here don't even have patience to check reports properly. No proper cooperation from staff. They are quite reluctant to answer patient's queries... Completely dissatisfied with full body check up.
Hospital rush area . Patients caring not good service , doctors timings and service warest, choose any other hospital better.
