The hospital is pretty expensive. However the service is good. Things I didn’t like: -the payment method is complex for international patients (maximum allows cash payment is 25k if you pay in Indian rupee. If you pay is USD it will be higher). Payment using cards is better for international patients. - there is a service desk for international patients called international patients lounge. However they work in favor of hospital not patients(in my opinion) - some diagnosis tests are expensive compared to other private hospitals in Mumbai - people in the account and payment sections were not friendly/ cooperative Things I liked: - most of the nurses and boys are very helpful - doctors are easy to access - hospital maintains a clean environment - food is fine (no non-veg options)
I was admitted for Covid recently. The doctors and nursing staff are excellent and diligent. The entire crew, including the food service people, are caring and particular to detail. The food was good and I actually didn’t have to call for home food! Thank you S L Raheja Hospital for your hospitality. Do keep up the good standard.
