I visited this place on Tuesday which is usually not a busy day. But to my surprise there was no one to show me the model flat and when asked about availability, the receptionist mentioned all sales persons are busy and you need to reach them through mobile, such a care free attitude. I am still interested in this venture as this is available at an affordable price and easily reachable location.
Visited this place for enquiry but later i realised its a waste of time. Receptionist was operating phone continuously and not responding properly. I am not sure why she is sitting there without an inch of responsibility. wasted 2 hours of time to reach this place and return back. She is not re-directing to sales team to discuss and get details about the project. On the other hand she is questioning me in reverse have you spoke to sales team.. its not even crowded when i visited there
Location is really good and the model flats are really impressive. I liked the way Mr. Pritam has briefed about the technical specifications regarding the structure and the amenities they are offering. I would definitely recommend this project.

Getting luxurious flats for middle class. But be careful and plan as per your financial needs.
