If you reach the hospital for any service, you will get good input. The hospital staff and medics were good and the service also okay. BUT if, you call to the hospital for an emergency on the provided number, NOBODY picks the phone. The hospital authorities must provide the all official numbers to the public. Public is calling for help and enquiry during emergencies at night and day. They hospital people MUST respond.
I'm not impressed with the situation i faced. Staff should bother about the mentality of patient as well as bystanders. Some of the staffs attitude is not much good and rude behavior towards the patient. May be they have technology to treat the patient but the caring and behavior to the patient and also the availability of doctors and their shift is important. Equal care to all the patient is another important thing.(may be poor or rich & patients with hold ). So i'm not suggest this hospital, if patient condition is serious.
For OP ticket,billing nd medicine there was always long que, some days it taken more than two hour's nd still no solution always same
Pathanamthitta General Hospital is very under rated for its facilities... But it provides a good service for the common peoples. You can visit here anytime for any health related issues.
All about good but is some times doctor's are not avilable. no avilable phone is working even this is the kerala health minister distric and her home town they should add a new phone number and put a staff in enquiry dipartment and now set of waiting area is avilable with free wifi and reading books
