Hotel Fern Residency is a average hotel. In today's competitive world you may find better option then this property in Jodhpur. Service is very poor. They even providing water of local brands. Interior looks oldish. They so called 4 star property but the front desk staff needs to improve a lot. I suggest you to choose this property as a last option. Rooms are not costlier compare to what is being offered.
Courteous and caring staff. The food was good and ambience was fine. Rooms are small but comfortable and clean. After checking out we realised we had forgotten a parcel and contacted the staff to keep it safely. They co-operated in every possible way and we got our parcel as it is.
Nice place to stay, for food in room has limited options but it has rooftop restaurant where you can get variety, it has club to enjoy bar. Location is not much good as it is surrounded by residential property. However, all visiting places are near by around 5 to 10km range so better to stay here if you have car. You can take rental car too if you visiting Jodhpur for trip.

The place is in a quite location on off the main road. Expected it to be much better in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. They need to improve a lot on these two aspects. Also the food has very limited options though there are many places around where you could catch some good food. It would be nice if they add more authentic Rajasthani cuisine items on the menu.
