I visited for consultation for heart ailment and consulted Dr.Ravi Gupta ,who was very kind to greet the patients with warm welcome . I felt very comfortable with his kind gestures and not scared about the ailment. Hospital is equipped with advance equipments and with well skilled staff. The reception staff and technical staff of the hospital is also very courteous.
TPA and billing works at snails pace, despite three counters only one is open. Also docs and nurses don’t communicate. On day of admission of surgery 5 people all ask the same questions when they could’ve just easily shared notes. Not even enough walkers for the handicapped Hospital needs to be more efficient
I was admitted at Wockhardt Hospital from November 18 to December 3, 2021 and the services superb. The doctors are well knowledgeable and experienced, the nurses are very friendly and cordial and the environment is very clean. Overall the hospital offers very good medical care in a very conducive environment.

Require proper coordination between customer and staff. Doctors consulting guidance/advice must be properly communicating by concerned staff to patients.
