Went here to get my driving licence. Staff were friendly and co operative. Nearby the office, you will find canteen and Xerox shops to take print outs of any documents if required. I went on morning. There were some people already waiting for their work to be done. Visiting at early hours of the office may help you save time
Location seems old and not under maintenance. Application support by the RTO help desk is appreciative. Premises cleanliness and maintenance should be improved.
I went to this office for drivers license today and I had to go to counter#5 and was assisted by an employee called LAVANYA. I don’t have option to give negative rating so giving this 1 star rating only for her service. She is very lazy, rude and doesn’t even know the basic information about drivers license. Lazy to get details from her colleagues if she doesn’t know and giving false information to the customers. I recommend not to go to her counter. If you are unlucky(like me) and happen to go to her, I highly recommend to check with other employees for any information. Note: I’m happy with other employees here and this rating is only for counter#5(LAVANYA)
Good service , Good staff , LLR room is back side of office , all RTA service centers available , Zerox shops , Internet mee seva shops available , at 10:30am LLR exam people is allowed to writevexam it is just 10min with 20questions , waiting room available it is like a bustand , good parking at outside , no entry to non government vehicles . Pleasant area... has nice driving track. But the equipment and network for LLR online test is not to the mark. Last time, I had to wait for an hour for the test portal to function properly.
