World class facility everything is perfect. No Negative thoughts right from the beginning you are admitted. Doctors are great. Nurses and staff are excellent, all are dedicated to thier work immensely.
Had visited with my brother for covid vaccination experience was good it was very quick and systematic. It just took us10-15 min for the whole process. Good and hygiene maintain overall. well maintained security and staff. Good infrastructure and interior. Being the biggest hospital lift service is pathetic visitors have to wait for 10-15 minutes for lift only two lift for visitors and that to small. Usually noticed people accessing 1,2,3 floor taking stairs case. While getting down from 5th floor we also had to take staircase because only one lift in service.
Spacious lobby, well experienced and helpful staff. Ease in locating the dept you want to visit. Follows all covid 19 related protocol. High standards of safety and hygiene
Worst billing staff... Mr Santosh superwiser... Charged us unnecessarily for one day extra... We were misinformed... And looted... Horrible experience in the end... We just came here for the doctor... Would never want to come back here again for any treatment...
For a simple RT PCR test, you need to go out and get a Xerox of Aadhar because they won't let you use the Xerox machine in the hospital. Then go to gate number 7 and get the invoice done. Back to gate 1 where they will tell you no guarantee for results in 24 hours. RT PCR is all about the urgency. I guess Lilavati missed that part. Zero stars for common sense.
