I have been going here for the last few days as this is an official covid vaccination centre. They make the elderly people wait outside and all the staff simply sit and chit chat saying vaccine hasn’t arrived. People come at 9 am and wait until 1/2pm until vaccine arrives. The staff are rude ans right back with the residents saying token is over, what can we do, go somewhere else, etc. Very rude and poorly managed with respect to vaccinations. If you can’t organise vaccination drive properly why even offer it? In the name of religion one will expect kind and polite approach even if service is not given but rude attitude and rough handling of elderly people…you all should be ashamed of yourselves! On top of this, the useless BBMP staff also waste their time with regards to serving the community in getting the vaccine to the site. People without compassion should quit or be fired from health care services. Very disappointed!
