None of the numbers work. Blocked sewage pipes are cleaned in the most unprofessional way and wastes are dumped on the road itself. So called complaint numbers or web complaint forms are not in working condition. Door to door garmage collection happens once in blue moon. This can't be smart city. Worst public service department.
