EXTREMELY INEFFICIENT EMPLOYEES. The rumour that state government offices and their employees are incapable of getting work done is true. 100%. There is no discipline, the officers refuse to talk to you even though that is their job and that’s what they are getting paid for - to work for the citizens of the state. They will call you countless times to their offices and still there will be zero progress made. And the secretaries of the officers are even worse - if you call them, they won’t hand over the call to the officers and just ask you to visit them. Why does one have to repeatedly run circles around kmc to get a job done? Our CM would be highly disappointed if she comes to know about the poor state of the corporation.
