Very poor service... Irresponsible staff.. Not at all responding to queries. Emergencies are neglected for money

Genuinely speaking, I went there for normal medical check up for the purpose of medical certificate. Doctors and staff are not at all friendly, staff wasted my time due to their improper knowledge🙂, they don't even know the types of medical tests in the list which I brought there...and there is a doctor named Dr.Guru prasad 🙂, he is literally shouting on the patients(especially illiterate people) to tell their problems. I know, in india , discrimination is presented everywhere... Global multispeciality hospitals are not an exemption.. Doctors and staff treating patients in different ways depending on their financial status, Reputation, regular patient or new one etc.. I'll describe their reception staff in one word -->"Useless".. they don't even know minimum things except chit chatting about their personals.. 🙏🙏
