Civil defence is good to serve our nation but the employees those who are working at the hq of civil defence they are irresponsible persons they won't do any work properly and correctly and seriously they offen makes the volunteers to come for Hq for some or any other reason and after few day if we go and ask they will reply us that they lost that file so plz come next time they just do some time pass at office ....
I attended here Watermanship trg. Course in 1977 with pleasure.
