I have been dealing with HDFC for 18 years and it has always been awesome experience. But this branch is still operating in the mode like a govt bank used to 20years back. Even Current day Rural Banks operate better than this branch. I Have been doing rounds for KYC from last 2 months but seems the file is not moving. Isn't it Sounds like 1980s :). Customer not allowed after. 2:30. And the biggest surprise is the man at door is trained to tell every customer that Bank is closed today. But I still barged in and guess what it was business as usual. All Employees enjoying. And to the person who is going to ask me to write to xyz id to resolve problem. I request to fix your people first all customer problem will resolve automatically.
Very bad service by few employees. I sent a mail which you mentioned but no response.please check.
Worst Service.. Staff are working like they are in sleeping mode. Took almost 20 minute to deposit a single payment.. Most of time busy in self work.. I wish I could give 0 star.
One star is enough for this branch. They take more than 10 days time for opening an current account
Mast bank hai.. Manager is very helping.. I love the way he worke.
