(1.12.2021) Excellent hospital where I've received treatment numerous times. It's spacious and clean though there's a lot that can be improved! The hospital has got costlier over the years but the treatment I've received over the years has always been good. (March 2021) Had to undergo a pulmonary function test which cost Rs.1500/- and these guys don't even give a printed interpretation of the test! I got a report with many values and a graph printed and a one line HANDWRITTEN comment about in the comments / results section! What the hell?? I asked the doctor about it and he said he will need to speak to the technician about it! (Shocking) and then the doctor very calmly tells me that he spoke to the technician and that a printed report cannot be given. Poor reporting standards! The doctor Dr. Swapnil Mehta was good doctor and did take the time to answer our questions but obviously did not explain what the other values meant. I have no problem with the doctor, instead I have an issue with how the test reports are being given to the patients. If as a patient I pay the full amount for the test, the least I expect is a printed comment / result! Is this a government hospital that I should be satisfied with a small scribbled comment on my report??
Good hospital in Powai Hiranandani. It provides good facility to patients. It is some costly. But good in services and doctors are also good in behaviour. They treat very well and take care of patients. The staff of hospital is also good. Everyone has patience and advice you and get you out of trouble. Best modern equipments and machines are available here. Beat treatment and 💯% result.
Went to radiology department for mammogram and sonogram. Helpful staff and good doctors. The waiting time was minimal. Value for money.
5 star hospital. Great courteous staff and skilled doctors. Just got myself treated for low platelet due to Dengue fever and the treatment and experience was absolutely smooth. If you have a Mediclaim in place, this is the best hospital to go for.
Very good experience. The doctors and nurses are excellent. Every staff of the hospital is very polite and helpful. It is very convenient. Food is yummy 😋
