Dr. Shobhit Kakkar is excellent in his work and very good behaviour.. Staff there has severe behavioural issues. They ask for money in a such a tone that is really unacceptable and and while paying my internet acted up and payment got declined once staff there misbehaved saying aata nahi karna kya.. Another time when I said I will not be taking certain Medicine which are available outside also the person stared badly at us making us feel very bad..They should have this human understanding of someone has come up for the treatment it is obvious that they will pay for the service they are getting and won't run away their money.. Staff there every time put 3-4 eye drop in the patient's eyes in less than a minute after minor surgery because they were getting late.. such an unacceptable thing..
