The receptionist lady is full of attitude and arrogance. Very poor customer service.
Horrible disgraceful and unprofessionalism at it's height. Started our day taking a few test. The whole infrastructure is a sight for sorrow. It's a medical lab and to my horror, I found it was filthy and the facility a mediocre. The staffs have never heard of customer care, they don't how to make people feel at ease or comfortable. When we were doing the test, there were a bunch of staff talking about their personal lives and gossips. Even a deaf person can hear them from a mile. I was disgusted how the staff came inside the test room and started knocking while we were performing the test and we were told not to move. The management has turned a blind eye to the infrastructure of the lab and has failed to train their staff. It's a shamble not a medical lab. They are very lucky to have established in Manipur, they wouldn't last a day in other cities. I will never recommend anyone to this lab in my wildest dream.
