This is one of the best ferry services in gujarat. People can enjoy sea view and save time to reach their destination. Vehicles safety is also ensure in the ferry. But people have to make sure ferry is in service because many times they do not operate because of lack of customer
It is situated outside of Ghogha. Easy to locate with huge building inside. I had reached very early in the morning for my journey till Hazira. They have waiting area inside and having free water service. Reporting time is 12:00pm but you can come by 1:45pm. Tickets are available from 10:00am to 2:00pm from the ticket counter inside. They announce nearly by 1:00pm to start the boarding process. Overall good experience. Needed to wait for 15min in open space after getting boarding straps…R
I understand there have been some management and personnel issues at this resort? Most of the staff I observed were working hard and did a good job. Restrooms were being kept clean (A+), the store was running great (A), food service was good (A-) and it was a holiday weekend. However, check-in was delayed due to ranger (in training?) busy with other duties. Good to see work on improvements in progress. Will be great when more sites get electricity.
Travelled to and fro from Gogha to Hazira. Was a pleasant ride. Much comfortable and faster then bus or train.
Dude! It takes 8 hours to complete the trip. Better to book overnight bus from bhavnagar to surat. Its cheap and you can sleep.
