They don't respond to mails or give proper response to calls.. I have made numerous attempts calling them and explaining my plight for an emergency pass to travel back to my home, they are okay when I said I will have to end my life I don't make it to Ernakulam. No pass approved after applying 4 times. All it says is "waiting for taking action" Means they have not looked at the application itself. Pathetic
