Feeling proud to see NCC head quarter in sambalpur. During my visit, I met several soldiers doing their duty in the perfect discipline and manner. I was astonished to see a canteen there. This place is quite beautiful, well maintained and updated. Situated just under the stadium, it is easy to reach there. Bravo!
