Staff are although polite, they are mouth lipped. When it's clearly given closing time as 7 pm, 5.30 pm itself was told system is logged out. Was told to come next day morning. Worst experience.

I got my phone number updated for Aadhar here and the process was very straight forward. Everything was processed in 30mins. There were about 6-7 applications ahead of mine and there was only one officer. The office is small and I’d recommend going as early as you can otherwise it gets crowded quickly = delays. Overall, the experience was very good. Carry cash for fees payment!
Very late and if u pay they wil make fast service
Even though it is very big building they sent us back because they didn't have cards to issue bmtc pass.
