Delay in getting Service
Very good staffs especially the ministerial officer, answered very politely for all queries
They are the most weird office staff I have experienced. When I went for the first time, to know the details of my hearing at there office, they were having retirement function of their staff and hence they asked me come on another day. Being a person working at Kochi, I could not go and followup often. During my next visit to hometown, I again went to enquire. When I asked one person, he pointed me to another person and when I went to him, he pointed to a lady, and when I went to her, she pointed to the earlier person, as if passing the buck game. Then he told, whatever request you have, write an application and put it in the box in front office and we will look into it. I got fed up and never went back to them. They will once know what the power of a civilian is.
