No one is punctual , they don’t responds to a patient’s request, overall experience is bad. They need some good staffs

Staff members are vry irresponsible. Behaviour is not good towards ppl they dnt response calls .whtsp no is also wrong nmbr..
People sitting in the reception were not at all responding. They are the first contact for the patients, so i personally feel they should be nice and polite to the patients.
Staff's behaviour is not good and irresponsible. In order to contact them, you've to call many times and then also they don't respond well over calls. Very unprofessional.
