So my experience with this hospital is average , doctors in emergency is ward is quite supporting , nurses , admin and security people are really very well spoken and good , but one of the most drawback of this hospital is , lack of communication from doctors to patient family they keep treating the patient and members don't know anything unless you approach many times. ICU (hindi speaking one) doctor should improve his behaviour. And max. Specialist doctors are available on call only not sure.
Got treated for Piles from Dr. Pranati. Wonderful services provided by the hospital. Best hospital in Guwahati.
Kindly do not opt for this hospital. The nurses here are not helpful with the patient. When you call them even if the patient is crying they will come late and show as if the patient is troubling them. My mother's surgery was done here wrongly. I came to chennai and then the doctor in Chennai told me that the plates were not set correctly. The rooms and bathrooms are unhygienic. Do not opt for major check up at this hospital.
Very unprofessional staffand very casual too Without the availability of utrasound doctor the receiptionist staff took the money and made us wait for hours. And costly too.
