Reports of biopsy were to to be delivered on 31st December, still reports weren't available till 4th Jan, 2022. Charging for private services is understandable, but please the hospital needs to upgrade it's services at par private. If the hospital is charging for private services (for biopsy test it was 11k) then can't they make the services better.
My father was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin lymphoma, and his treatment started in BBCI on April, 2019. It's been two months since his treatment ended and we are so thankful to the team of doctors and nurses. You guys have restored our faith in the regional medical facilities. Thanks a lot to the palliative care unit for the home visits and for being with us throughout this fight.
If you are planning to get treatment from here then u have to wait upto 2 months. Rude behavior of nurse, laziness of every employee and negligence of the management. The mental health of poor patient and attendent decrease because of the behavior of the employee of atal amrit card sections. No one will properly tell you about the process nicely. Very bad experience in so called highly good medical facility state N.B. maximum of the Doctors are good and responsive.
my mother in law was diagnosed at Dr.b.borooah cancer Institute from August 2021,all the doctors, staffs,house keeping,security r good n they came in time but only dietician is not in time her opd timing was from 2pm but she use to come at around 3,she kept waiting outside n there is no chair for patients,all the patients ve to seat down on the floor ,she's very inactive in her work
Medical profession is a noble profession. And when you visit a hospital (as a patient) all you can expect is a little courtesy and gentle behavior from the medical staff .But, to be very honest, the reverse is with Dr. B Barooah Cancer Institute. The staff behaves very rudely and to consult a doctor you have to wait for several hours (even upto 5 hours) standing in a queue. Moreover, for a simple biopsy report they make the patient wait for more than 2 weeks. After doing biopsy, they will again ask you to repeat the test . Seriously ridiculous!! I will give a 0 rating out of 10 if I have to do so...Not at all satisfied with the facility..It's the worst! I will never recommend this hospital to any patient 🙏
