It is a wonderful airport. Though it has nice options this one has so many gates and so many shopping sites. One can consume his entire time in this. This is more advance than blr. One needs to be beware of airport taxis and cans. They cheat a lot. This airport has changed a lot. The above review was given by experience a year ago. Now too much of customer friendly is here.
No care for any Covid 19 protocols.
Nice airport with helpful staff. Mar/2021. This airport is ever growing in terms of terminal building and around the airport complex with aviation activities and related business. They had the best food court located both at international and domestic terminals. Good shopping arcades my favorite on arrival after the luggage collection they have good offers on chocolates. They have prayer facility which requires carpet change specially at international departure area. Close to smoking room makes a awakard feeling. Friendly staff as always to assist you. Good sitting lounge for local peoples from far away districts who comes to receive their dear ones coming from abroad. They also have food court for locals which makes them unique as it creates a hustling and bustling place. Local police had a great facility to provide taxi service on reasonable rates, their booth is located on ground floor next to McDonald's. Ample parking for 2 and 4 wheelers but you have walk almost a kilometre. Go-cart entertainment is available next to the parking and have a huge decathlon show before the Novotel Hotel.
Do we have any arrangement of providing free drinking water for non passengers/ general public who visit airport for sendoff
T-3 waiting lounge(Departure) was very crowd on 25 Aug 20.
