Officers don't even know...what is their job profile. Worst professionals I have seen...as expected it's a government office skill set is not required only reference works here..
Worst experience. They r raising manual receipts w.r.t. Property Tax saying that due to some technical issues, generation of online receipt at the moment is not possible. Even after a year, when we check in online the payment status shows as DUE (v r not able to make tax payments of subsequent years)and it will be rectified only after paying amounts as demanded by the staff. It seems that just for the sake of bribes they r sitting there... Needs change over..
Registered multiple complaints in manikonda municipality app but they are closing as fixed with out fixing issue. No response to issues.
Worst team and worst way of service to the public. They are just bither about their bribes and not at all bothered to address the public.
This is the worst service. It’s been 15 days, the GHMC guys did not collect the trash from the Apartments in this area. Called them everyday and end up listening to some excuses… today they did not even pick the call. Every month the GHMC Guys collect money , they don’t do any charity.
