Horrible service when I applied birth certificates of my children's they did mistake they entered wrong name of Child and also parents , when i requested to solve the problem they simply ignoring not giving proper response
I have just visited this municipal corporation for birth certificate . You cannot imagine how this place is a big mess . How government official are not looking at this place . Here people are left to suffer for just birth certificate and death certificate and people who work here they are least bothered . I have gone through the hell just to get some corrections in my birth certificate. I would request the chief minister of telengana to do something about this offices people are suffering.Wake up senior municipal corporation official. It's time to progress and not going down to gutter. Request all official and MLA and MP visit this place and higher official take some action improve the service .
I gave complaint now to ghmc the customer service is good they gave me one number to complaint him I call him he said irresponsible answers and he didn't show minimum commonsense
