If you are visiting for Birth or death certificate, it is not the right place. Birth certificate for Ward 4 and circle 8 located opposite to Osmania Medical College Metro Station. It's very difficult to point the office. There are no sign boards or name plate to recognize the office. It is in a small room in that complex. Ask Some one after reaching the Osmania Medical College Metro Station.
