SSP office is located in Police Line area that is near Jhansi's main chauraha (Elite Chauraha). For serve lancing office, you have to visit the SSP bungalow that is located in Elite- Allahabad Bank chauraha road. But Common man have no permission to enter in that office. I can't add pics because there is no permission to click pictures of that area.
