Do something for online report?for Sample given at 8am and if reports comes at 5pm same as sample given at 11am...its total waste ... At least could have upload realtime basis. Humble request
I've got a test done (Triple Test) for my Wife at 30th of August 2021,they said that the report will be issued within 7-10 days. Today it is 11th of September that it's been 13 days... Report still on pending... 😠. Babina da ngasi retest toure they says report will be issued on 13th i.e, day after tommorow... 4 times faster... They just take only 3 days....
Today I came in the hospital, I wa so please with the reception staffs because they were quit in helping me. Then the nurse in the semple collection room was very loving and caring I appreciate it. Then the doctor who came to take my blood semple was very fatherly. Thank you dear doctors and staff of Sangai health care. May God bless!!
They may have the best facilities but the only reason i am giving one star is because of their employees.. specifically the security guards. The most rude, arrogant, unhelpful, full of attitude!! If you by any chance ask them for help in parking they will behave as if i have asked to park in his house. Always in a bad mood. It really amazes me how the management hires these kind of people. They are in a way the first people the customers/patients interract as they enter your hospital. Just imagine what kind of image you are portraying for your brand. I hope you all arrange for some customer service training for your staff.
Reception Staffs are rude,manner-less and arrogant. What they think of themselves, i dont know ....I am very sorry to say that please change your present Reception Staffs, they will ruin your Health Care Centre/Lab reputation.
