Worst experience ever there are many points to highlight: My patient admitted as a day care but they charged it for a single day though admitted in night at around 9 and got discharged by 8 in the morning they charged one very essential charge i.e dietician charge. I asked the person “Babli Chauhan” at the reception he asked me to stay long by the lunch time to have lunch for my patient even doctors have already discharged. Despite having meal for a single time i had to pay this charge and on requesting to levy this charge they asked me to stay more time to have a lunch. They charged me for dengue test but when i reached there to receive reports it was not there though charges were already paid last night by me. Overall i would say improper management and no sense to staff of talking or tackling with patients or there attendants. Sorry to say but not a proper hospital or i would say a proper nursing home as well.

We went for corona vaccination. Process was very smooth and the hospital staff were all very polite, friendly and quick with their work. Vaccination room and observation rooms were nice and clean. Nurse who did the vaccination was so good in her work that my father didn't even realise when it was done. Don't hesitate.. must visit the place for vaccine.

Visited Surya Hospital recently for vaccination with my wife and mother. A very energetic and motivated health care team made the entire experience stress free. The pre vaccination to post vaccination instructions and procedures were handled efficiently. The actual jab was entirely painless for the three of us. Our thanks to the owners/management and the entire team of Surya who were involved in taking such good care.
