I don't know the exact work culture there but they offer me 9-10k for a job of 10 continuous hours. And no leave for 3 months after you start. Though they said the salary can be increased with recommendation. But this trial basis means lack of confidence in HR. I mean HR is generally the one who can analyse these things in the very beginning. Other than that during interview a male staff, I guess who was a office help was staring in an absurd way being a female which really made me uncomfortable. I applied and was replied that my appointment is booked at 3:45 but I was lined up with the walk-ins and have to wait till 4:30. Though the HR was sensible , humble and well behaved. Other than the place place is well maintained, good infrastructure, cab and meal facilities. You can give it a try if you are thinking to work in BPO sector.
