Worst ever hospital I have seen. I have been visiting here since a long time but only for consultation. They use to talk very sweet with their patients, and clear every of your doubt as per their knowledge, and that is what I liked the most about this hospital until one of my close one admitted here for a treatment. I deposited money every time they asked me to but their greed can be seen by the way that they discharged my patient without making final settlement. I had to even fight with them to get the final bill, and that was the moment when those doctors and staff who were pretending to be very sweet and caring before admission showed their real face and started behaving very rude. This was very disappointing as I had a great respect for that senior doctor and it was totally unexpected from her. I suggest not to go by their sweet talks, stay alert always while dealing these people. However, for consultation purpose, it still is a good place (notwithstanding that I would never ever visit here again).
Services were quite good and staff was cooperative. Environment was so clean and safe and doctors were polite and friendly, the treatment went smoothly without any casualities.

Don’t take your close one to This hospital WITHOUT READING this!!!!!!!!!!!!! Over the years this Goyal hospital has been changed earlier its services and hospitality was the superior and now it is super WORSEN. I am saying this because I think the Head of the Department has to take some serious actions on this. Head should give his attention to the Staff member as Staff had lost their seriousness and discipline towards the services provided to patients , I am saying so, there are some delays in providing the services and not giving right time to family members of patient. My own family member treated okay okay but not that much well that it should like earlier. * LACK OF ATTENTION * LACK OF PROPER SERVICE * LACK OF SERIOUSNESS TOWARDS PATIENT If they have services its good but they should also the Better staff towards it. AT THE END. IF HEAD IS DOING WELFARE OR GOING FOR POLITICAL AGENDA’S as same as They should GIVE ATTENTION TO THE HOSPITAL. Need your proper attention.
This review is for Dr Ajay Kumar (pediatrician). He kept the new born baby under observation for 4 days and did not have good explanation why. Everytime we asked what was the status of baby we were not given any satisfactory answer. On 4th day when we decided to take the baby home we were told the new thing that baby has infection. We still.took.our baby and he is all fine. No problem at all. We later contacted other pediatrician and got all right checks to keep the baby at home with no medication. Goyal hospital ,kindly stop lying and take money by putting fear in to parents mind.
