They have the worst staff. The doctor posted in emergency does not care about the patients. She does not visit them or physically examine them. When her presence was requested then she very reluctantly came. Even then, She didn’t provide any diagnosis to the patient. She just injected a painkiller and asked the patient to go get the injection from outside which they have used. After I came home, the pain commenced and had to go to a different hospital all over again and get the treatment. I doubt whether she is even a doctor or competent enough to handle the patients.
Doctor Kush Ohri explains the condition and treatment very well and checks up regularly. Doctor Yashika is very understanding and responds quickly whenever called for. The hospital staff and nurses are caring and always come by to greet and check up on the patients.
I am very happy. Doctor Kush is amazing. Very helpful and good staff.
