Nulife service and their hospitality is very good starting from all the Receptionists, Nurses, Cook, Doctors and the workers. I took the private room which is quite good and spacious. Very clean and hygienic. Treatment very much satisfied overall. I requested them for some discount since we are a student. They happily gave me some discount which I am really thankful. Thank you and much appreciated to you all.
Excellent services by the frontline staff. The staff was very patient and cooperative. No pain was experienced upon vaccine administration. Our questions were also answered patiently.
Nulife hospital -List of issues: 1. Noise created out of water leakage from the cistern (toilet) 2. The cupboard drawer not functioning properly and noise it makes while using it 3. No anti- skid treatment at the staircase treads 4. Lift flooring needs to be an anti-skid one 5. Main door(sliding door) needs better channel for smooth functioning. 6. Wifi facility can be provided for in patients for better coordination since network is already not so good in the hospital complex. This is for the benefit for all the users of the hospital. Otherwise, the rest of the services are good!
The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. It has been a pleasant experience so far waiting in the observation room after vaccination. Great staff.
I was admitted here for a small surgery under doctor shakuntala kumar. She is an amazing doctor. She is very sweet and made me and my family very comfortable. The doctor and a very senior surgeon performed my surgery. Great team. Good team of nurses and other staff. Good experience.
