Never call them for any jobs that requires electrical or electronics expertise. Spent 4k to change components of Morphy Richards convection oven which lasted exactly 91 days vs warranty of 90 days. And they can't do anything about it. Similar experience with AC deep cleaning and gas refill.. Lofty promises of effective cooling to last an year with daily use and lasted barely 5 months. A local vendor would do a better job and would definitely be more accountable.

Sales person gave a low quote on painting project, and deep discounts to clinch the project. Painter assigned had a rating of 2.5, making me wonder why they have such low rated painters at all. True to form, the painter came, made me pay the full amount, then promptly said he cant undertake the project in this amount. He left and has not been heard from since. Now Urban company have my money, and are not attending to my complaint. My whole project is getting delayed. The best they could offer was - we will assign another professional, but your project cannot start before 20 days! Horrendous experience.
Painters have been coming without fail but if the Urban Company does not provide the painting material then what will the painters do ?? It is the lack of professionalism on the company's part. I gave no reason to blame the painters'team. Urban company took the whole payment and they have no way to get in touch with them. Only they can call us. We cannot call them as they haven't given any number. We wanted to get just one room painted for which they would take 1.5 days . Today is the third day, my room is half done. And labour is waiting on the sight for Urban Company to send paint. Great job guys. If this is what you call your ' professionalism
