Very rude behaviour of staff, specially the one who is at opd sleep counter.they are also not taking online payment. They say don't have software for it,when the government is supporting digital India they are not having facilities to accept online payment by paytm or anything...all they try to do is to sell their Swasth card plan to patients... very rude staff...no credibility.I came here coz of cghs panel but after knowing that mr receptionist behaviour changed and ignored us and asked to go to other lady on the reception..if we are paying for our treatment than atleast we could expect is to be treated respectfully...😡
Horrible experience. Dr. Gaurav and one another Dr. Behaviour is like they are treating free of cost. Mr. Receptionist (don't know his name) he will ignore u like u r stupid Gaurds and nurses are very corporative. I went there just because of CGHS panel but now never will go there again. Even goverment hospital Dr. Are much corporative than mangalam hospitals doctors.

One of the worse hospital in pooth Khurd. Only care about money does not treat patients well. My mom had visited there for her treatment, she had fracture in her leg. My mom examined her conserved regarding the leg. But Dr. Deepak started to shouting at her. He does not have any sense how to talk to patient and other person. I think he should have first get social degree before getting his Medical degree. And who know wht medical degree she holds. Worse doctor will not visit again. Worse.....
All staff and doctor's are good.
