Cordial staffs with good parking facility. But the hospital seems to be under staffed. Whenever I visit this hospital, there is inadequate wheelchair and I have to wait. Also unlike Raj Medicity, there is no staff at the entrance who will enquire what we will need. We have to manage all this. We have to go inside and look for wheel chair etc. It’s like going to a cheap hotel where we have to serve ourselves. The management needs to be more competent. If I had a choice I would go to other hospitals. Edit: The hospital’s inadequate number of wheelchairs is such a let down. As a regular visitor, it’s a pain in the bum and the patient is forced to wait inside the car since he can’t wait in a wheelchair inside the hospital premises. If this is a public funded hospital I would understand. However as a private run hospital I find this appalling and unsatisfactory. Pros: Good doctors, good nurses, parking lot. Cons: Inadequate non-medical staffs and lack of space. Attendant often missing or busy with something else. Tends to get overcrowded and sometimes patients have to get things done by themselves. I hope I don’t have to visit this again. I hope that even if i have to to visit this hospital, things would change by that time.
